High-class classic queen room with a good size balcony, very comfortable beds, for example. Unbeatable location in an excellent area, just next door to shops, Old town center, and the main square. Besides, easy to get to Museum of Communism.

L'Occitane bath products, on-site casino, stylish and spacious lobby areas
The high prices for spa services were outrageous!!! The sound insulation between rooms leaves much to be desired!!! Small TVs in the rooms were a disappointment, barely visible from across the room!!!

Varied buffet breakfast, a free glass of cava for breakfast, piano player during the breakfast, perfect location, old town and the Jewish quarter that are both at a walking distance of 10 to 15 min. Separate desk where guests can book a trip. ATM vending machine onsite the hotel. Neat rooms that are cleaned every day. plenty of delicious eating options near the hotel, without going to the center of Prague.
For a 5-star hotel I expected a separate shower. The shower was built in in the bath, I don't think it's quite practical. Basic knowledge of English of the maintenance personnel lacked a bit. Because of the size of the hotel and so many hotel guests at peak times, it can sometimes take a bit time until a elevator is free.

Make sure to ask about the live music during breakfast. It adds a charming touch to the dining experience.
